Printkraft is seeking a dedicated Asst. Officer / Officer for Sales and Operations Planning to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and improving the effectiveness of sales forecasting, demand planning, and operations management within the large-scale printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate holds a BBA or B.Com degree and possesses 2 to 3 years of practical experience in operations planning and control. Although this position does not include direct team management responsibilities, it requires strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive process optimization and meet company goals. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate material planning for various production stages, including paper, coating, die-cutting, and finishing. The role demands close attention to inventory levels, demand forecasting, and job scheduling to achieve on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery. The candidate will also support inventory audits and enforce compliance with company policies and capacity limitations. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is essential to efficiently carry out daily tasks.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales forecasting and demand planning to support production schedules and resource allocation.
  • Manage material demand planning, including paper, coating, die-cutting, and finishing materials, ensuring availability aligns with job requirements.
  • Coordinate with production teams to schedule jobs on machines optimally, enhancing overall operational efficiency and achieving OTIF delivery targets.
  • Plan and manage new product developments and external production orders, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
  • Support inventory audits and enforce adherence to company policies and capacity constraints to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
  • Identify and implement process optimization initiatives to reduce waste, improve turnaround times, and increase cost efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed reports and data analysis using MS Office and ERP systems to track performance metrics and support decision-making.
  • Assist in problem-solving activities related to demand forecasting and production planning challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the operations planning domain.
