Looking for an HR professional with BBA/MBA/MPA/MS in Human Resource Management from an HEC recognized university having 8-10 years' of HR & Administration & implantation of customer code of conduct and legal compliances in a large scale organization.

This position must have:

Excellent knowledge of HR practices in talent acquisition, talent development, Organizational development and performance management in a large scale industrial setup.
Sound knowledge of general administration affairs, labor laws, customer code of conduct, vendor/ contract management (canteen, transport, housekeeping & horticulture)
Well verse in HR Operation Management, Industrial Relation, Employee relations, Development of HR policies and procedure, Compliance and Audit Management, Team building and Negotiation & Conflict Management.
