We are looking for an HR Intern with a BBA or MBA degree, either fresh or with up to 6 months of experience.

This position is responsible to:

Support in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding qualified candidates.
Support the employee exit process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements through to final settlement.
Maintain and update complete and accurate employee records and files.
Address employee issues and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive work environmen
Must be able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, be approachable.
Must have diverse range of skills, including communication, decision-making, training, strategic thinking, multi-tasking, relationship building, teamwork
Using HR Information Systems (HRIS) & ERP.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
