Manager Export

We are looking for BBA (Hons)/MBA in International Trade or equivalent with 5-6 years of experience in FMCG/Food Services/Dairy Exports including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

The position is responsible to lead and expand the company’s export operations by identifying new international markets, managing distributor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving export sales targets with the objective of growing international revenue and enhancing brand visibility in global FMCG markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive Export Sales Growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new markets, and building strong international partnerships.
• Manage the Global Distributor network through effective selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and long-term relationship development.
• Lead Export Operations by overseeing end-to-end processes, including documentation, logistics, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance by staying up-to-date with international trade laws, conducting risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Leverage Market Intelligence by analyzing global trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform strategy and stay ahead.
• Strengthen Brand Presence by participating in international trade shows, engaging with clients, and unlocking new business opportunities worldwide.
