Looking for a certified Professional having Bachelor’s degree, an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales will be preferred along with 6–8 years in Commercial, Key Accounts, and Supply Chain (Logistics/Transportation preferred)

This position ensures :

Oversee day-to-day inland fleet operations including dispatch, routing, and driver management.

Manage preventive, accidental, and routine maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Supervise fuelling operations and consumption monitoring with strict anti-pilferage controls.

Lead workshop activities, ensuring timely job closing, cost approvals, and performance audits.

Manage procurement for operational needs — spare parts, lubricants, HSE materials, and tools.

Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for budgeting, claims, and cost control.

Implement operational SOPs and safety standards at the yard.

Monitor and analyse fleet KPIs to improve efficiency and reliability.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.

Develop and train operational teams for improved performance and accountability.

Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and logistics operations.

Experience with procurement, vendor, and contract management.

Expertise in workshop and preventive maintenance planning.

Familiarity with HSE standards and compliance frameworks.

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in fuel management systems and consumption optimization.

Analytical mindset for cost control, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Good communication and reporting abilities.

Proficient with MS Office and ERP/logistics management systems.
