We are looking for Bachelors / Masters from an HEC-recognized institute with 2-3 years of experience in Sales operations in medium to large-scale FMCG concerns.

This position is responsible to:

Manage B2B customer dealing, streamline the sale processes and improve customer interactions.
Manage all Telesales orders and ensure efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.
Ensure all payment recoveries and manage account reconciliations.
Manage different technical tools & platforms like CRM systems to support sales operations.
