Looking for Bachelors / Masters from an HEC recognized institute with 2-3 years of experience in Sales operations in medium to large scale FMCG concern.

This position is responsible to:

  • Manage B2B customers dealing, streamline the sale processes and improve customer interactions.
  • Manage all Telesales orders and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.
  • Ensure all payment recoveries and manage account reconciliations.
  • Manage different technical tools & platforms like CRM system to support sales operations.
