Job Description

Looking for BA/BBA (Hons)/MBA in Marketing or equivalent from HEC recognized institute with 3-5 years of experience in FMCG/HoReCa. Experience in cheese, ice cream, chilled dairy or beverages sales will be preferred.

This position is responsible:

• To implement the company's strategic sales plan that will help to expand the customer base.
• To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• To identify emerging market trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• To implement company sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
• To provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate the Voice of the Customer(VOC) data to superiors.
• To manage quality complaints and ensure credit recovery within their geographical areas.
