We are looking for Fresh Candidates having BS/MSc in Food Microbiology from an HEC recognized institute.
Duty: In Shifts
This position requires:
- Good understanding of ISO procedures, Halal and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) practices and documentation.
- Knowledge Microbial Analysis, Pathogen detection, Spoilage Analysis, Environmental monitoring, Microbiology data analyzing, Allergen management, Outbreak investigation of microbes.
- To keep update records and monitoring all day-to-day activities in QA.
