We are looking for Fresh Candidates having BS/MSc in Food Microbiology from an HEC recognized institute.

Duty: In Shifts

This position requires:

Good understanding of ISO procedures, Halal and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) practices and documentation.
Knowledge Microbial Analysis, Pathogen detection, Spoilage Analysis, Environmental monitoring, Microbiology data analyzing, Allergen management, Outbreak investigation of microbes.
To keep update records and monitoring all day-to-day activities in QA.
