Sr. Officer /Asst. Manager - Graphic Design

Looking for an individual having Graduation in Applied Arts (Printing, Packaging & Publishing) with 8 to 10 years of hand-on experience in pre press operations in a large scale printing & packaging industry.

This position plans, develops and finalizes potential packaging designs according to customer’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing visually captivating designs, layouts, and graphics for various printed materials.
• Ensuring that designs are print-ready by setting up files with the correct color modes, resolutions, and bleed settings to meet printing specifications.
• Selecting appropriate fonts, sizes, and styles to create appealing and readable text elements within the designs.
• Managing color accuracy and consistency in designs, particularly important for maintaining branding and visual identity.
• Working closely with clients/ sales teams, and colleagues to understand project requirements, make revisions based on feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conducting thorough quality checks on printed materials to ensure that the final output meets the desired standards and specifications.
• Infusing creativity and innovation into designs to make them stand out and engage the target audience effectively.
• Understanding various printing techniques, paper types, and finishing options to optimize design for the printing process.
• Meeting project deadlines and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
