Seeking a Qualified Professional having Electrical/Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering with 10 to 15 years of hand-on experience in leading plant operations within a large-scale printing & packaging industry.

This position executes order planning on Printing, Die cuttings and other post press equipment with the objective to ensure optimum utilization of capacity, minimum wastage of raw material, maintenance of printing quality levels and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production capacities, coordinate with S&OP for planning, and ensure compliance with daily production plans.
• Monitor floor operations, resolve production and quality issues, and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, coordinate with engineering teams, and manage maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with Lean Implementation and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.
• Analyze production waste, maintain data records, and implement measures to reduce waste and improve output quality.
• Provide leadership and performance management for the team, including training assessments, appraisals, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company’s EHS policies, address HR-related issues, and take initiatives for workplace safety and environmental conservation.
