Manager Sales

Looking for a candidate having Bachelor’s degree; an MBA in Supply Chain   Management  or Sales & Marketing is preferreed with at least 8-10 years of experience in   international freight sales within the Lahore/Karachi market.

The responsibilities of this role includes:

• Develop and maintain strong relations with key customers to achieve assigned sales targets through deep selling
• Meet recovery targets for key accounts and proactively develop new business opportunities.
• Pay visit to existing / new customers for deep selling and relationship building.
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers, including follow-ups, system utilization, quotations with effective communication.
• Ability to analyze market trends and leverage technology to optimize freight forwarding operations, ensuring competitive and cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
