Pricing Executive

Looking for a certified  Professional having Bachelor\'s /Master’s Degree in either Business, Supply chain Management or a related field. Having minimum one year of relevant experience preferably in freight forwarding.

This position ensures 

• Coordinate shipments with vendors, agents and co-leaders seamlessly, keeping clients informed to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Maintain an internal customer database to track common inquiries enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Address new client inquiries proactively to build long-term relationships and ensure prompt resolutions, fostering customer loyalty.
• Identify and target the potential clients, strategically based on the sales teams objections and market segmentation to drive business growth and revenue.
• Cultivate and maintain collaborative partnerships with the client.
• Collect and Analyze clients feedback n quotations to ensure they meet client needs and expectations.
• Operate independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Provide operational support by coordinating with stakeholders to secure necessary documentation such as endorsements and delivery orders.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to details.
• Poficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Expertise in resolving conflict and handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism
