Seeking a Qualified Professional with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and 15 to 18 years of hands-on experience in leading plant operations within a large-scale printing and packaging industry.

This position is responsible for executing order planning on printing, die cutting, and other post-press equipment with the objective of ensuring optimum utilization of capacity, minimizing wastage of raw materials, maintaining printing quality levels, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production capacities, coordinate with S&OP for planning, and ensure compliance with daily production plans.
• Monitor floor operations, resolve production and quality issues, and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, coordinate with engineering teams, and manage maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with Lean Implementation and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.
• Analyze production waste, maintain data records, and implement measures to reduce waste and improve output quality.
• Provide leadership and performance management for the team, including training assessments, appraisals, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s EHS policies, address HR-related issues, and take initiatives for workplace safety and environmental conservation.
