We are looking for a fresh graduate or final-year student in Industrial Engineering to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct time and motion studies, optimize Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM), and implement workflow improvements using Industrial Engineering tools such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S.
Manage KPI boards, prepare efficiency and loss time reports, and develop centralized dashboards to track factory performance.
Support production teams in achieving daily targets and drive initiatives to reduce changeover time.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis with a proactive, shop-floor–oriented approach.
