We are seeking a proactive and well-organized National Manager Admin and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/MBA and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office space and guesthouse, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the premises.
• Handle petty cash management and reimbursement.
• Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies (long haul trucks, warehouse, fixed assets insurance, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of insurance documents and communicate with insurance providers to address any issues or updates.
• Provide IT services to office staff.
• Supervise and support IT services for office staff, including coordination with IT vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
• Manage office budgets and control administrative costs.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
