Looking for a certified professional having a Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing, with at least 2-3 years of proven experience in Key Accounts, Customer Services, or a similar role in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

This position ensures:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, needs, and challenges while identifying possibilities to improve processes.
  • Proactively address problems and deliver solutions to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure correct data consolidation for the client’s approval for further processing.
  • Liaison between cross-functional departments, i.e., Operations and Finance for timely submission of invoices.
  • Monitor and ensure timely recovery as per credit terms agreed with clients.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of order management and invoicing processes.
  • Analytical skills with hands-on expertise in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
