Trainee Executive - QA

Interloop Holdings is seeking a dedicated Trainee Executive in Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Food Science & Technology, Dairy Technology, or Chemistry, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC laboratory setting. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining high-quality production processes. The Trainee Executive will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to support quality control activities, implement test plans, and perform root cause analysis, contributing to the continuous improvement of products and processes. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in quality assurance practices within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment without managing personnel.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, FSSC, ISO 22000, GMP, and GHP.
- Perform microbiological and chemical analysis in the QA/QC laboratory to support product quality evaluations.
- Conduct test automation using tools like TestNG to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and reports to support compliance and traceability.
- Identify and analyze quality issues using root cause analysis techniques to recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges and enhance product quality.
- Utilize MS Office tools such as Excel and Word to prepare reports, track quality metrics, and document findings.
- Independently troubleshoot quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to food safety and quality assurance.
- Support the execution of internal audits and assist with external audits to maintain certifications and regulatory compliance.
